		<description>hay len i have tried every thing to get the perfect size body but every thing i try just wont work. its really been getting to me due to me being so skinny my self confidence has really droped. im having no luck with getting the body i want so bad im only in only in my teens but i have tryed every work out going. from the easy work outs to really intense work outs and still nothing i was just wondering if you could email me a good work out plan on every thing i should be doing. and a good diet plan coz as every one nose the diet is the most importent thing  in working out. it would be alot of help and it would mean alot to me if you could help me with this anyway if u could that would be grate.         calo-95@hotmail.co.uk

The 6 meals should be high in proteins, low in simple carbs.  Some complex carbs are not bad....raw veggies and fiber also a plus.</description>

		<description>660 calorie meal is not a lot to do 6 times per day.  As suggested, your energy level will be much higher.  Some people eat a donut, and have over that amount, so not a bad idea.  

Drink plenty of water is important.  Too many people drinking sugar drinks full of carbs.</description>
