		<description>im 6ft and weigh 168lbs if u want to gain weight just get a decent weight gainer like reflex instant mass or promax and have 2 to 3 a day in between meals and have a lot of fish and veggies and gym 4 times a week and u will start gaining weight worked for me</description>

		<description>I&#039;m 17 years old and struggled a long time in gaining weight and muscle. I was always the &quot;small&quot; kid of my friends and family. Until I did this. Eat 6 meals a day that had over 1,000 calories per meal. A meal should consist of atleast 7 grams of protien, sickening carbohydrates, and of course a bit of fat. I was eating chicken, pasta, a cup of almonds (has sickening affects), and milk an water. Along with fish, spaghetti, lasagnia, and believe it or not butter bread. Those are just some of the things I was eating for meals. ALWAYS snack imbetween meals! But for snacks don&#039;t eat candy or sugars. Have yogart, apples (cooked or raw), kiwi, peanut butter sandwhiches (use chunky peanut butter), and even icecream (but don&#039;t go to big on that). I am now 148lbs (still growing) 2% body fat and the rest muscle. I use to weigh 123lbs at 6ft tall. Now I&#039;m 6ft tall and weigh in at 148lbs. Work and eat big. (I&#039;m also going to the Navy SEALs next summer so my workouts are way bigger then anyone elses).</description>
